Amy French serves as our Chief Accounting Officer specializing in technical accounting, financial data analysis, due diligence, and ensuring financial compliance with the various accounting standards and regulations. Amy’s team encompasses Technical Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Payroll.

Amy began her early accounting career in public accounting before moving into the government contracting space, including leading accounting and financial compliance for both large and mid-size organizations. Amy joined ARETUM during 2023 and has led the effort to implement both a new ERP system and a new Payroll system, in addition to enhancing ARETUM’s control environment and adherence to several accounting standards, such as ASC 606.

Amy holds a CPA certification and is a member of the AICPA. She earned both her bachelor’s degree and her MBA from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She is passionate about financial data analysis, driving efficiencies in the team, and creating a culture with adherence to standards and regulations. She considers herself a lifelong learner and enjoys staying up to date with accounting standards and process improvements.
