Bob Olsen brings with him nearly three decades of experience in orchestrating transformative technology-centric initiatives to drive innovation within DoD sector. His visionary leadership and commitment to excellence have been pivotal in crafting groundbreaking solutions, including designing a first-of-its-kind AI solution, which earned him a US Patent and garnered recognition from the Special Operations Command of DoD.

Bob has consistently delivered exceptional results throughout his illustrious career, demonstrating proficiency in organizational transformation, large-scale program management, strategic planning, and high-performance team building. His track record of success includes reengineering organizational practices within DoD, streamlining mission processes, and accelerating procurement cycles.

Bob holds an MPA, in Economics and Security from the University of California, a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Pacific Lutheran University, and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Cal Polytechnic University. He also holds a DoD Foreign Officers Course and an Advanced Chinese Language – Level 3-3-3.

He is a Certified Scrum Master, SAFe, Certified Defense Financial Manager (CDFM), American Society of Military Comptrollers, Project Management Professional (PMP), Project Management Institute, Master’s Certificate in DAWIA III-based Acquisition and Program Management, FAC Academy, Human Capital Management, Global Payroll, and Time and Labor, PeopleSoft, Inc and Oracle Financials, Oracle, Inc.
