Catherine Gouldin serves as our Chief Human Resources Officer specializing in compliance, benefits administration, employee relations issues, risk management, performance management, training, affirmative action, policy development, and implementation. 

She has supported government contractors for 20+ years with almost 30 years of Human Resources experience. She worked for small, mid-size, and large employers.

Catherine holds a Professional Human Resources certification and is a member of the Society of Human Resources. She earned her BSW from George Mason University.
