Harsch Bhatnagar is a seasoned IT and business leader with over 32 years of experience in IT strategy, major technology and process transformation, enterprise architecture, and global IT delivery. He is an innovative leader with a unique combination of business and technology expertise and the ability to build high-performing teams that implement strategy to deliver business outcomes.
Prior to joining ARETUM Harsch was a senior advisor with a large management consulting firm where he advised CIOs on technology strategy, IT process optimization and achieving business outcomes through digital transformation. He also spent a number of years at a major telecom where he held various positions of increasing responsibility in Information Technology and Consulting services. He led various large IT and process transformation programs, led the systems integration of two major telecoms including over 3000 applications and 6000 servers, set enterprise architecture and technology strategy, set up and grew an offshore delivery operation, set up and grew a technology consulting practice providing digital transformation, and CIO advisory services, and managed a $650 million business providing managed hosting, cloud enablement, digital transformation, cyber security and advanced analytics services to global customers. He is also a founding member of a venture capital fund that invests in FinTech, DeepTech and HealthTech startups with focus on Digital Transformation for Enterprise with AI and Blockchain-based technologies.
Harsch has a degree in electrical engineering from Mangalore University, India and an MBA in finance from George Washington University. He has also completed a program on Executive Leadership at Kenan Flagler Business School, University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.
