Sean DuGuay, former President at M9 Solutions and former Principal of National Security and Defense at Capgemini Government Solutions, has joined Aretum, as its Chief Growth Officer, the information technology services and solutions provider announced on 12/9/2024.

DuGuay brings nearly 30 years of GovCon experience to the Bethesda, MD-based large business, with a proven track record in growing companies with government contracts, driving mergers and acquisitions, and positioning organizations as industry leaders.

Before joining Aretum, DuGuay held several high-profile roles, including President at M9 Solutions and Principal of National Security and Defense at Capgemini Government Solutions. He also served as Vice President of Business Development at global advisory firm ICF and as Chief Revenue Officer for Visionary Integration Professionals. His previous business development roles at Excella, Federated IT, and CGI Federal further showcase his breadth of expertise across the GovCon landscape. Earlier in his career, DuGuay served for over a decade as a Criminal Investigator and Special Agent for the U.S. Marine Corps, demonstrating his deep understanding of national security and defense missions.
