As Vice President of People, Bobby Frazitta leads Aretum’s enterprise-wide human resources strategy- overseeing organizational development, compliance, workforce planning, and performance management across the company’s national footprint. A key member of Aretum’s Executive Leadership Team, Bobby plays a critical role in aligning workforce capabilities with Aretum’s mission-focused delivery across defense, homeland security, and civilian markets.
With over 20 years of experience in human capital leadership, Bobby has successfully led HR transformation efforts at both emerging and established government contractors. His approach combines strategic vision with operational discipline, ensuring that HR functions are scalable, compliant, and responsive to evolving business needs.
Bobby brings extensive experience supporting high-growth environments, particularly in aligning people operations with new contract requirements, proposal development, M&A integration, and organizational change. At Aretum, he is focused on building the internal infrastructure and processes needed to support continued expansion and long-term organizational excellence.
