With over 20 years of Human Resources leadership experience in the government contracting industry, Bobby brings deep expertise in aligning talent strategies with business objectives. His career includes key leadership roles at MAG Aerospace, RIVA Solutions, and Merlin Cyber, where he successfully scaled People & Culture functions while building a workforce values-driven environment.
Bobby also served in senior HR positions at industry leaders such as Raytheon, BAE Systems, and Deloitte. His comprehensive background spans employee development, performance management, compensation and benefits, compliance, and strategic support for government programs. At Aretum Bobby will enhance enterprise-wide HR operations and ensure alignment between workforce capabilities and mission-critical delivery.
