In this role, Talcott will guide Aretum’s strategy, growth, delivery, and client engagement across the federal civilian market, helping agencies advance mission outcomes through innovative, reliable, and scalable solutions.
Talcott brings a distinguished career spanning government contracting and commercial technology organizations, with deep experience leading large-scale federal civilian portfolios. She previously led the Federal Civilian sector for NTT DATA Federal for more than 10 years, where she directed growth, staffing, delivery, and client development for an organization of more than 300 professionals supporting agencies including the Department of Justice, Department of the Interior, Department of Energy, Department of Housing and Urban Development, Environmental Protection Agency, Bureau of Labor Statistics, Department of Commerce, Department of Labor, Department of the Treasury, Securities and Exchange Commission, Internal Revenue Service, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, World Bank, and the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts.
Most recently, Talcott served at Procentrix, where she led the Federal Civilian sector with a focus on regulatory agencies including the Securities and Exchange Commission, Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, and Department of the Treasury. Her work helped clients accelerate artificial intelligence integration, cloud transformation, case management, and enterprise application modernization.
