Recognizing Leadership, Impact, and Innovation Across the Organization

As part of Women’s History Month, Aretum is proud to recognize the women in leadership across the organization whose expertise, dedication, and vision continue to shape the company’s growth and impact across the federal landscape.

Women leaders at Aretum play a critical role in advancing mission outcomes, strengthening delivery, and fostering a culture rooted in collaboration, innovation, and service. Our executive leadership includes Amy French, CFO; Tiffany Bailey, EVP of Operations and Growth; and Jennifer Totman, EVP and Sector Lead of Homeland Security. Many other leaders drive strategic growth initiatives, lead programs that support national priorities, and their contributions are felt across every part of the organization.

A Message from Leadership

Tiffany Bailey, Executive Vice President, Operations and Growth

Tiffany Bailey plays a central role in guiding Aretum’s operations and strategic growth. She oversees day-to-day operations while working closely with leadership to ensure the company is positioned for sustainable expansion, including growth within the Department of Defense and Federal Civilian area.

Bailey’s career journey reflects resilience and determination. Beginning in a call center role in Florida, she built a strong foundation in service and operational excellence before transitioning into federal contracting, where she supported mission-critical programs.

Her experience includes supporting the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation during one of the largest bank failures in history and contributing to modernization efforts at the Department of Labor.

Tiffany says, “What inspires me most is seeing people grow. Leadership is about creating those moments where individuals realize their potential and step into new opportunities.”

Janet Olsen, Division Lead of Veterans Engineering

Janet Olsen brings decades of experience across engineering, defense, space systems, and healthcare innovation. In her current role, she leads Aretum’s VE operations and delivery teams while helping to identify new opportunities that expand the company’s capabilities.

Olsen’s career began with a strong foundation in engineering, inspired by her mother’s belief in education as a pathway to opportunity. Her experience spans work with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, contributions to satellite components supporting the International Space Station and Mars exploration missions, and leadership in healthcare technology.

A Broader Legacy of Leadership

While Bailey and Olsen represent two of many voices within Aretum’s leadership team, their stories reflect a broader narrative shared across the organization, one of perseverance, purpose, and impact.

Across Aretum, women leaders bring diverse experiences and perspectives that strengthen the organization and support the critical missions it serves. Their leadership continues to drive innovation, foster collaboration, and position Aretum for long-term success.
