In this role, Davis will lead growth initiatives across Aretum’s Homeland Security market, supporting the company’s continued expansion across agencies and mission areas critical to the safety, resilience, and security of the nation.
Davis brings more than 22 years of federal consulting experience driving pipeline growth, strategic positioning, and competitive wins across the Department of Homeland Security, Department of War, Intelligence Community, national security organizations, and federal civilian agencies. His background combines business development leadership with hands-on program experience in cyber resilience, business continuity, critical infrastructure protection, mission assurance, and technology-enabled solutions designed to help federal customers address complex operational challenges.

A people-first leader, Davis is passionate about taking care of teammates, supporting individual career growth, and building high-performing teams. His commitment to service and leadership began during his military career as an Infantry Officer in the 82nd Airborne Division, including a deployment to Afghanistan. Following his military service, he transitioned into federal consulting, where he developed deep expertise in resilience planning and mission assurance while assuming progressively broader leadership, growth, and business development responsibilities.
