Dr. Amin brings a powerful combination of public health expertise, strategic leadership, and digital transformation experience to further accelerate Aretum’s impact across the federal health landscape.
With over 12 years of experience supporting federal and commercial healthcare operations, Dr. Amin has served as a trusted advisor to C-Suite leaders across agencies such as the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), and the Defense Health Agency (DHA). Her background spans life sciences, regulatory strategy, enterprise analytics, and modernization efforts, making her a dynamic addition to Aretum’s leadership team.
Most recently, Dr. Amin led enterprise analytics initiatives and strategic roadmap development for multiple FDA programs, driving regulatory and digital transformation initiatives that enhanced operational performance and transparency. Her previous work includes spearheading the CDC’s NCIRD COVID-19 Scientific Reviewers and Data Surveillance project, where she improved program performance and optimized public health workflows during a critical time.
Dr. Amin also played a pivotal role in the VA’s Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) program, contributing key frameworks and data-driven deployment tools that advanced nationwide transformation efforts in veteran care delivery.
Dr. Amin holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) and Master of Public Health (MPH) in Epidemiology, as well as a Master of Business Administration (MBA), uniquely equipping her to lead at the intersection of science, strategy, and innovation.
